Anatole Hotel Hanoi

Location is ideal which is around old quarter. Hospitality & service is perfect from the moment we alight from taxi and even after check out. Room is clean & modern looking. has bidet. Most importantly blocks out noise. Staff were super accommodating and efficient in every request/queries. As for us they allowed baggage storage since we’re going to Halong bay & even offered facilities for us to wash up after arrival. Overall extremely satisfied and will come again.

Excellent hotel, great local we were able to walk everywhere from here. We had previously stayed in another hotel in Hanoi and cancelled our stay to go here instead because the hotel was so awful and wow this hotel was absolutely excellent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was fab & a few hours into our stay the hotel staff came up with fruit & cookies as a gift such a nice touch, the breakfast was great too. Will 100% recommend to any friends & family.

We booked the hotel on the last day of our Vietnam trip before going back to Europe. As our flight left late in the evening, the hotel offered us the opportunity to have a shower at the end of the day although we had already checked out in the morning. This was perfect to spend a full day in the city and reach the flight after a refreshing shower. The staff was very professional, super friendly and helpful. Great way to end our trip!

Breakfast was very good very plenty of variety to choose. The service provided by Mr Minh was exceptional and he was very responsive to our requests. The team made our stay a wonderful experience. The location of Anatole Hotel in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring on foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities nearby! Very comfortable stay with super nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent! I will stay here again and choose the higher floors.
